Watched the Super Bowl last night so my girlfriend Felicia and I ordered pizza and drank our asses off.
Nevertheless, I woke up with ZERO hangover.
You might be thinking, how the fuck did you do that Kurshot?!
Well, allow me to explain 😉
(Note: these steps work whether you do this before or after drinking, but they work better if you use preventative measures.)
- Lots of potassium before you start drinking. For me it was one large avocado.
- Lots of water WITH salt while you drink. So if you wanted to measure this: 1 cup water + pinch of salt PER DRINK
- Then before you go to bed, 4 activated charcoal pills you can get at a GNC, The Vitamin Shoppe, etc. If you don’t have that, you can eat burnt toast. That works too.
Three biggest reasons we get hangovers:
- We piss out all our electrolytes
- Become super dehydrated
- And are left with a bunch of toxins in our system.
The potassium and salt deal with the electrolytes.
The water deals with the dehydration.
And the charcoal pills (or burnt toast) help clean out the toxins.
Now go enjoy your life without fearing the all mighty hangover 😉
Ps… everyone gets different results, but using this method consistently makes me feel 80-90% better than I would had I not taken any of these measures.
